Project Manager

The Project Manager within the Completions & Wellbore Intervention organization will be responsible for the successful execution of projects of significant business impact with Key customer to ensure the financial and customer requirements are met. The position is based in Qatar. Responsibilities • Performs as Single Point of Contact with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as contract manager and ensures Project Communication Plan is in place and functional across all levels and areas of the project. • Directly manages the core Project Management Team • Establish and maintain effective communication throughout the process with other functions (e.g. • Operations, AMO, Engineering, PL, supply chain, finance etc.) • Manages multiple CWI products and services across multiple contracts awarded to BHGE • Creates, modifies and improves detailed Project Execution Plan and all parts thereof, i.e. Risk • Management Plan, Communications Plan, Sourcing Plan, Quality Plan Project Readiness Plan and • Performance Improvement Plan etc • Performs continual Project Reviews, with client, Company Leadership & Internal Project Staff. • Participates in PEER reviews, After Action Reviews and any investigations as required • Identify areas for continuous improvement through implementing an effective project lessons learned process • Works closely with CWI Operations Manager in delivery of project and contracts KPIs in order to make informed decisions and implement proactive measures. • Responsible for accurate financial forecasting and to deliver the committed Revenue, Margin, DSO and Cash Flow • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Use and improve project management and reporting tools • Displays and encourages company ethics, initiatives across both the assigned project and the wider organization. • Handles special projects, as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent • Significant experience in handling major projects and complex matrix operation • Exceptional knowledge of Completions & Wellbore Intervention products, including but not limited to: • Wellbore Construction, Cased Hole Completions & Conventional fishing and other WBI products • Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including: Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience with ERP system such as SAP • Knowledge of project management tools and processes
