We are seeking an experienced and creative member for our kitchen team at The Sitting Elephant our renowned restaurant in Rishikesh. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary excellence expertise in vegetarian cuisine and the ability to innovate with local and seasonal ingredients.
- Develop and execute menu offerings.
- Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff and operations.
- Uphold hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Prepare and cook Indian & Tandoor dishes.
- Strong knowledge of vegetarian cuisine.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Minimum of a Master's degree in Commerce (MCom) or CA Inter qualification. Age 30 or above. Proven experience in an accounting or auditing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
