Key Role and Objectives:


Working as part of the Sales Team within the Durban region to undertake a Lead Generation role with the endeavour to provide warm impactful and sustainable NEW customer opportunity for Business Consultants to engage with face to face with the endeavour of onboarding new businesses focused on achieving base growth and revenue growth.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Striving to deliver daily disciplines around minimum KPI metrics and deliverables.
  • Contributing impactful opportunity within the minimum metric guidelines to maintain activity requirements within New Business Sales Team
  • Constant efficient structured and supportive collaboration with your assigned New Business Sales Partner.
  • Enhance customer perception of company and market the brand efficiently and effectively and with the utmost integrity.
  • Performing administrative tasks as required in particular those relating to Sales collaboration and cohesion.
  • Ensuring that clients receive an excellent experience in all aspects of our communication and set expectations.


Requirements

  • A positive attitude excellent communication and influencing skills and thrive on achieving results.
  • Disciplined approach and with a dynamic working pace and commitment to success and achievement.
  • Winning mentality and desire to succeed culture Motivation to earn.
  • Empathetic and helpful in nature ability to work as part of a team.

  • Previous experience selling B2B is preferred (telephonically or face to face).
  • Experience with interacting and communicating with Business Owners CEO s Director s and key influencers.
  • Computer and Technology literate Basic Excel Word and Microsoft packages essential.
  • A healthy and proven level of common sense and tenacity to be the best in your field
