As Nooros Supply Chain Manager you will spearhead the development of a supply chain management system and process that ensures we have all of our bases covered in regards to inventory warehousing freight forwarding and fulfillment.

What Youll Do:

• Inventory Planning: Utilize Shopify ShipHero and other inventory reporting tools to maintain an accurate inventory plan based on sales forecast and historical demand.

• Coordinate Shipments: Work closely with our international manufacturers and freight forwarders to coordinate shipments from overseas to our US fulfillment warehouse in Texas.

• Inventory Management: Utilize the ShipHero software to manage SKUs submit POs track inventory and take the necessary action steps to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained in relevant locations.

• Troubleshoot Fulfillment Errors: Identify fulfillment errors and take corrective action to prevent those errors from happening in the future.

• Coordinate Inventory Related Projects: Collaborate with our 3PL partner to execute any required labeling bundling repackaging etc. of our products.

• Amazon FBA Inventory Management: Develop an FBA replenishment model with a combination of domestic and overseas supply to maintain a high IPI (Inventory Performance Index) within Amazon Seller Central.

• Returns & Damaged Goods: Work with the returns and customer service team to recover inventory that is deemed undamaged overstock or resellable throughout strategic company efforts and initiatives. Identify damaged goods received from suppliers and coordinate with manufacturers to receive refunds.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field.

• eCommerce experience strongly preferred (Shopify Amazon)

• 3 years of previous demand planning/logistics/supply chain experience including managing third party providers.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced skills in Excel Word and Outlook and PowerPoint.

• Importing/Customs duty experience preferred.

• Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.

• Demonstrated success implementing and managing ecommerce technology solutions.

• Strong project management and creative thinking skills.

• Selfstarter with a problemsolving mindset the ability to work with minimal supervision and to direct others work.

• Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction.

• Detailoriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
