Job Description :

Key responsibilities:

Understanding of the Net Promoter System (NPS) to drive projects

Ability to make decisions think strategically and provide thought leadership to all levels of the organization on NPS and customer satisfaction

Proactively identify potential customer issues and drive mitigation measures

Analyse datasets and build insights for multiple touchpoints and stakeholders across the organisation.

Participate in customer conversations to deliver insights

Find gaps in business processes and help improve and modernise/automate them

Good problemsolving and presentation skills with ability to interact with the stakeholders for client engagement.

Driving team NPS score and process improvements. Reviewing and pulling insights from NPS database and analytics

Good Verbal/written communication with internal/external stake holders

Support a positive work place environment adhering to organizational policies

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/Power point and other tools

Maintain customer centricity at the core of all transactions

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduates/Post Graduates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Customer service

Good Execution Skills

Sound Communication & Presentation Skills Fluent in English & Hindi

Strong interpersonal skills

Preferably from the Life insurance industry.

Commercial and business awareness

Persuasive encouraging and motivating.
