They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team in Kelowna BC. You are an ideal candidate if you have 5 years experience as a Project Manager have worked on complex multimilliondollar projects are a strong people leader and excel at mentoring others. As an integral part of the project team the Senior Project Manager is responsible for executing all aspects of project management from estimating to bidding to project closeout. You will lead and coach the project team including superintendents project coordinators subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives. Working alongside other Project Managers you will manage and mentor project coordinators to ensure that project milestones are accurately tracked and that the schedules are managed to achieve project goals. As a highly organized individual you can seamlessly multitask as you manage multiple projects at one time solve problems creatively and build a cohesive project team.

The salary will be aligned with experience level and we anticipate a starting salary of $90000 to $110000 per year.
