Venair is a partner company for fluid transfer solutions that help leading companies in the industrial automotive pharmaceutical food and biotech sectors among others.
Venair currently has more than 31 offices in Europe Africa Asia and America and has 5 production plants in Spain Romania and Vietnam.
Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Internal Sales & Logistics for the Sales branch in Warrington United Kingdom.
Tasks
The main tasks and responsibilities for this role are listed below:
- Carry out sales quotes
- Be in charge of purchasing orders from customers
- Deal with UK customers directly by phone and mail
- Coordinate with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments delivery times prices problems and so on
- Manage outstanding customer invoices and chase the payment
- Be in charge of administration issues
- Prepare and manage Stock shipments within the UK
- Receive goods at the UK warehouse and register them in the system (ERP)
- Orders picking and packing and overseeing the warehouse Stock
- Help the external sales staff to plan the business trips
- Other operations and administrative tasks
Requirements
The essential requirements for this position are listed below:
- Background: commerce business administration economics social sciences languages marketing customer service or similar are accepted
- English speaker
- Spanish will be valuable
- Organized people willing to take part of a project within an international environment
- Highly developed communication skills
- Experience in managing sales operations and customer service: 12 years required
- People that feel comfortable when working in small teams
- Driving License & Car or Motorbike recommended
