Job Description As a stewrading supervisor In accordance with the policies, procedures, and standards of Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha the position is responsible for standards and objectives by leading and managing team to manages the cleanest and maintenance of all equipment in used and in store according to set standards and to ensure smooth functioning, customer satisfaction and high levels of sales and profits in line with company policies and regulations. The Stewarding Supervisor takes full operational ownership of cleanest and maintenance of all equipment in absent of the Assistant Chief Steward and Chief Steward Qualifications • High school education, • Basic computer skills and familiar with inventory systems. • Two to Three years of minimum previous experience required in a high-volume kitchen or full-service hotel • Full compliance with HACCP standards and certification
