• Preparing sales letters/communications to clients including presentations and quotations outlining detailed MCT offers to the customers.
  
• Maintain reports on new customers brought on board/ volumes and ensure daily status reports are sent.
  
• Address customer queries and complaints effectively.
  

Requirements
