  • Develop compelling designs for marketing materials in both abovetheline (posters brochures digital displays EDM) and belowtheline (web and app banners) categories.
  • Generate creative marketing campaigns producing layouts and artworks to boost brand awareness support product launches and enhance employee engagement.
  • Create edit and film video content to meet various business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders throughout the creative process.
  • Work with marketing and crossfunctional teams to craft engaging visuals for brand promotion across different channels like websites mobile apps emails and social media.
  • Take ownership of enhancing the visual impact of pitch materials by providing support advice and suggestions to simplify complex concepts through visuals.
  • Ensure consistency with branding guidelines across all artworks.
  • Offer art direction coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver highquality output.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience with a minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent and higher.
  • Demonstrate advanced graphic design skills showcasing a high level of proficiency in design software and programs.
  • Possess a strong sense of art direction staying updated on emerging media trends and applying brand principles to creative assets for achieving visual excellence brand consistency and governance.
  • Capable of independently creating illustrations infographics icons and animations from the ground up.
  • Possess basic knowledge in HTML video editing/creation and other digital media providing an advantageous skill set.
  • Bring experience in collaborating with media agencies and suppliers to ensure the delivery of highquality output and production.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Characterized as selfdriven capable of interpreting design briefs cocreating with business stakeholders and proofreading materials to deliver impactful work.
  • Adaptable to working in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with office software including Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient in fluent English with knowledge of an Asian language is considered advantageous.


A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, with the ability to effectively oversee and manage multiple accounts and partners concurrently. Additional experience in the mobile and consumer electronics retail sector is preferred. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in securing account deals and acquisitions. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
