This is a remote position.

  • Proven experience in running paid media campaigns across META Google TikTok and other platforms.
  • Familiarity with advanced ecommerce marketing strategies and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Proficiency in advanced reporting and data analysis tools to measure campaign performance.
  • Indepth understanding of SEO best practices and strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Proficient in search engine marketing (SEM) and keyword research.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools for campaign optimization.
  • Handson experience in managing social media content and community engagement.
  • Expertise in datadriven email marketing campaigns.
  • Basic to advanced design skills using Canva and/or Adobe.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to uphold impeccable standards.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Systemsoriented approach to maintain and enhance operational efficiency.


Requirements

  • At least 35 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven success in managing paid media campaigns (META Google TikTok Pinterest).
  • Proficient in SEO A/B testing and social media management.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools/platforms.
  • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Advanced design skills (Canva Adobe).

At least 3 + years experience in Digital Marketing Intermediate Word and Excel skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines CRM & Email Marketing: Intermediate to advanced skills in Zoho (or similar). We're keen on leveraging this platform even more. WordPress Publishing: Whilst the primary responsibility is publishing articles and blogs, development capability would be an advantage. Design: Intermediate skills in Canva. Social Media: Beginner to intermediate skills. Our focus is on promoting our great work rather than being overly complex. SEO: While we use an external firm for SEO, you'll need to understand how to execute on their instructions and publish according to their guidelines. Analytics and Reporting: Monthly reporting of the success of our marketing efforts across all channels. Strong Organisational Skills: You'll have a lot of balls to juggle, so the ability to prioritise and excel in internal communications is essential.
