Our client is looking for a Payroll/HR administrator for a perm role in Duluth GA. Looking for a person who has good communication skills accounting skills and has experience in payroll taxes. Must be organized responsible hardworking proactive individual with excellent work ethic and communication skills. Ability to work in a small business setting.
Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in accounting and office management.
Must have prior experience with payroll.
Knowledge or experience with Isolved Software is a big plus.
Must have good experience with setting up and working in CRM.
Must have office management experience and HR background is a big plus.
Must be a Tech savvy Fast learner on systems
Must have Payroll experience including payroll processing deduction earning codes etc
Should be able to Process payroll in the Isolved system and be able to implement it in the system
o Set up new accounts
o Set up Accruals/PTO/Garnishments
o Be able to set up multistate taxes
o Add/edit/update Employee information
o Run Reports
o Create Adhoc Reports
Must be able to reconcile tax payments
Must have good communication skills including both Oral and Written
Must live closer to Duluth GA area.
Must be a quick learner.
Must be able to do other various office management duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall Office management.
Responsible for payroll processing reconciliation and other accounting tasks as assigned.
Should be able to wear multiple hats and lead the situation.
