Senior Commercial Executive

• Analyze and profile client accounts based on performance value and potential and generate periodic reports.
  
• Determine key clients crucial needs and ensure they receive firstclass customer care and service.
  
• Develop a strategy for managing key accounts and ensure its implementation.
  
• Develop pricing structures for key clients.
  
• Conduct account reviews.
  
• Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends
  
• Conduct client visits based on target prospects.
  
• Generate weekly sales reports and submit them to management
  
• Manage the sales team to generate sales and a portfolio of new accounts to reach the Company s sales target.
  
• Provide training coaching direction targets and leadership support to the sales team to achieve department KPIs.
  
• Develop and coordinate the company s sales strategies to maintain and improve market share.
  
• Establish and drive products volume market share and profit objectives.
  
• Guide and direct the employees following the policies procedures processes and systems.
  
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in business or marketing.
  
• 5 years of relevant experience.
