Job Description

Job Purpose:

Relationship Management of allocated Corporate Banking Portfolio and broaden the portfolio including building up new relationships in order to meet financial objectives.

Key Result Areas:

  • Management and review of allocated portfolio. Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with the Relationship strategy planned taking into account potential earnings maximization and MB’s risk appetite.
  • Identify new prospects within the target market to pursue growth opportunities.
  • Explore vertical and horizontal relationships with existing clients across their Group J owner affiliations. Cross selling of MB’s products and services from other Business Divisions.
  • External Control follow ups include periodic client calls with call reports, documentations, operational issues, account / facility utility organization, payment regularizations, field visits and gather latest market feedback.
  • Internal Control include following up on Credit Reviews with credit Product Group, Documentation process with documentation unit, Credit approval process follow up with Credit, Operational issues with operations and other business segments.
  • Prepare and Structure Term Sheets, Pre Screen memos, Financial Models, Risk Rating modules and Economic profitability reports.
  • Gather all the required information for new credit proposals. Initiate with CPG preparation of credit proposals, financial spreads and financial Models.
