Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Formulate project scopes and objectives by engaging with relevant stakeholders ensuring technical viability.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to execute projects seamlessly.
• Guarantee timely withinscope and withinbudget delivery of projects.
• Ensure the availability and proper allocation of resources.
• Develop a meticulous project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Apply suitable verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and costs.
• Evaluate project performance using suitable systems tools and methodologies.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks.
• Generate and maintain thorough project documentation.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering Project Management or a related field.
• Demonstrate 23 years of handson experience in project management.
• Exhibit a robust technical background with comprehension and/or practical experience in software development and web technologies.
• Have familiarity with diverse project management methodologies.
• Showcase outstanding clientfacing and internal communication skills including superior listening persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Display the capability to lead crossfunctional teams and inspire team members.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills including attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in the use of Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Possess problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Exhibit a keen desire to work collaboratively in a team with a resultsdriven approach.

What would be nice to bring:

• Certifications and experience in PMP / PRINCE II
• Experience in a highgrowth professional solutions and/or software environment
