As a Customer Success Manager you ll be the face of Spendflo for our customers. From onboarding managing requests & reviewing their renewal pipeline you ll walk hand in hand with our customers on their journey to success. You ll also serve as our product champion driving adoption and expanding features with our product team.
A typical day might include the following:
- Onboarding new customers and thoroughly explaining all product features with conviction.
- Accepting the SaaS wishlist from customers with all the necessary information.
- Provide timely updates on procurements to our customers and walk them through their approval workflow.
- Coordinating with our buyers to fulfil requirements on time.
- Conduct monthly reviews with our customer champion to communicate the value delivered by Spendflo and help them sunset unused subscriptions.
- Upsell & crosssell Spendflo products and services.
- Take accountability for all CS metrics such as NRR LTV etc.
- Generate referrals from existing customers.
- Drive product adoption and provide valuable insights to continuously improve our product & service.
- Obtain feedback from customers and work with internal stakeholders to address recurring issues.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Science, Engineering, Economics, or in other related fields Good understanding of MS Excel/Looker/PowerBI/Sisense/Tableau and have a taste of visualising data Working knowledge of any product analytics tool like Heap/Mixpanel/Fullstory Proficiency in writing SQL queries and knowledge of MongoDB Proficiency with analytics programming languages (Python, R, etc.) Experience developing and leading presentations to a wide audience of diverse skill sets, including senior management 3-5 years of experience Good to have Data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or other big data solutions
