Your Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for for document review and updating CRM standard operating procedures and supporting the revalidation for tech transfer projects. Successful candidates will have a strong background in technical writing with Veeva system experience highly preferred. This is a remote position supporting CST time zone.
- Support the revalidation of tech transfer projects.
- Thoroughly review technical documentation updating where required identifying gaps and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review and update documentation including but not limited to CRM standard operating procedures for the transfer of CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand system architecture integrations and data structures.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to project stakeholders.
- Support the validation process collaborating with quality and technical teams to ensure the successful transfer of the CRM platform.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of transfer methodologies and documentation standards.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- 35 years of Software Business Analyst experience within the life science industry.
- Proven technical writing and technical documentation skills.
- Veeva Software experience is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of technical transfer is a plus.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of CRM system architecture and data structures.
- Highly attentive to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
