Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Coordinator to join our team and play a crucial role in amplifying our mission and brand presence on various social media platforms. As a Social Media Coordinator you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to engage our target audience build brand awareness and support our consulting efforts.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and compelling social media content that reflects our brands voice and values.
- Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance.
- Utilize graphic design tools and resources to create visually appealing graphics and images.
Platform Management:
- Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Twitter and Instagram.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay uptodate with platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content reach.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and nurture a strong online community by engaging with followers clients and industry influencers.
- Encourage usergenerated content and testimonials to showcase our impact.
- Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track key social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize results.
Campaigns and Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms when necessary.
Research and Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging platforms and competitors social media strategies.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to enhance our social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- A passion for diversity equity and inclusion in the legal industry.
