JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a resultdriven Sales Manager to be responsible for monitoring supervising and closing deals side by side with our Sales Team to meet and succeed our organizations sales objectives. This seasoned sales leader is responsible for the day to day performance of the Enrollment Team. This player/coach role provides instruction training and real time handson coaching to inspire our top closers to maximize their performance. This inspiring role also includes personally closing high ticket deals in front of team members as a main technique to maximize performance. Our Sales Manager must be not only a passionate leader but dedicated to demonstrating their own top closing ability on a daily basis. This role reports directly to our Enrollment Director.
To be successful as our Sales Manager a proven and verifiable track record of excellence is required in high ticket business to consumer (B to C) one call close sales. Our Sales Manager must also possess excellent interpersonal skills to build quality relationships with the team and with our clients possess mastery in goal setting be fast to pick up new CRM systems be effective in analyzing sales data and possess expertise in motivating team members.
