Livein House Manager/Butler required for a property in Kensington London W8 Neg
Essential Skills:
Previous experience in a private house setting with strong technical skills
and attention to detail.
Handson approach with discretion professionalism and excellent organizational
abilities.
Ability to manage budgets inventories and supervise a team of staff.
Proficiency in caring for special finishes artworks and fine furnishings.
Technical understanding of property systems (plant rooms pools boiler rooms
Creston contractor management).
Flexible hours during principals residence and willingness to work extended hours.
Additional: Accommodation available within the house if required.
A drivers role is a bonus.
Negotiable salary with a February start.
