We are looking for a Group Systems Partner to join our team in London. Reporting to our Group Business Systems Director you will work with our Group Systems team right here in the UK as well as with our Finance and Operations teams spread across the globe to ensure the smooth deployment of our business systems and to maximise their value for every user.
Your expertise will also extend to a suite of other critical Group systems in HR/Payroll financial budgeting & consolidation and LMS applications. Its a role that promises variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients serving as their primary contact for all systemrelated consulting
Provide comprehensive support for our Groups ERP application addressing client requests troubleshooting issues and delivering resolution
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes challenges goals and identify opportunities for leveraging the ERP system to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness
Support the seamless the onboarding of new acquisitions onto our Groups ERP platform (Maconomy)
Work with the Engineering team to design develop and customise our group systems to meet the unique requirements of our clients
Work with the Data team to help with the implementation and management of the data platform
Conduct business analysis including requirements gathering documentation and process mapping to identify areas for improvement and automation
Manage and support system and user testing validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the functionality stability and security of developed applications
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including clients developers and system administrators to implement system changes enhancements and upgrades
Provide user training and create user documentation to empower clients to effectively utilise and optimise the systems capabilities
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the ERP domain making recommendations for system improvements efficiencies or advancements
Follow any agreed change management procedures and maintain appropriate documentation
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy standards in all systemrelated activities
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst/Consultant or in a similar clientfacing role working with ERP systems
Indepth knowledge of ERP systems and their applications in areas such as finance project management or human resources
Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in requirements gathering analysis and documentation
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and methodologies
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Certifications in relevant ERP systems or business analysis
