E-commerce Marketplace Manager

Tasks

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers with full responsibility for sales and development of the marketplace under your supervision
• Run daily marketplace operations starting with the addition of new products to the platform providing online support information and guidance; taking care of customer needs
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize business growth (optimization of text and image content development and implementation of a promotion plan)
• Plan and execute online advertising campaigns
• Creating reports and conducting analytical reviews
• Document flow management on the platform

Requirements

• Work experience in a similar position for 13 years
• Experience with amazon.de and/or ebay
• Developed analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Proficient English and German
