MRAP Material Control Specialist IMDS

Position Name: SAP After Market/ Customer Service (AM / CS)

Qualifications:

• Overall 5 to 7 years of SAP experience , with Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in SAP AM/CS.
• At least one End to End SAP implementation/Roll out experience Worked on In-house repair, external repair processes extensively. Good repair business scenario knowledge and good integration knowledge with PM (and WM).
• Should have good knowledge on repair pricing and output management, scrapping, service material Management.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal support and to write the Functional/ Technical specs and should be able work with technical team on RICEFW objects.
• Bilingual proficiency in English is Mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cross geography projects desirable and working with teams in multiple time zones are desirable.
• Good communication and client facing skill will be an added advantage. Ability to organize and conduct business work shops.
• Knowledge of ASAP and Activate methodology and ability to deliver on the prescribed timelines.
• Bilingual ( English + local language ) proficiency is a must
