The person in this position is an integral and important part of the Marketing department which is responsible for the marketing of all the clients brands and to a lesser extent the clients Media House brand.
This Role Profile covers the main areas of responsibility of the Senior Designer but responsibilities may be amended to meet the needs of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Head OfficeRelated
Design develop and produce advertising materials that support and correspond with the companies marketing and sales programmes
following the brand guidelines.
Manage the design and production of all Print pieces and Marketing Collateral items from concept to RFQ to delivery (includes quality control).
In more detail:
Print design including but not limited to: billboards banners vehicle branding brochures pamphlets stickers merchandise advertisements and signs.
Procure and process vendor quotes and approval processes for all Marketing Collateral.
Includes negotiating with suppliers choosing the appropriate mix of price and quality placing orders and ensuring ontime deliveries.
Design and develop internal and sales or corporate communication pieces.
Corporate stationery design as well as creative asset design for electronic communications and presentation design.
Creative assets for Digital platforms including but not limited to: digital ads (e.g. Facebook Instagram Display ads Google products email
advertising) digital billboards and our organic social media; all in line with the agreedupon look and feel which is usually developed by our ad agency.
Video editing and GIF creation in line with marketing or corporate briefs.
UI design and supply of creative assets for website and mobile applications. Ability to update and edit content on WordPress websites. A working understanding of HTML and CSS for use on WordPress websites.
Working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

Design ads for and branding at the 47 branches
Creation of offline support documents such as manuals and interactive forms for branch use.
