Job description

$5000.00 sign on Bonus!

Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in a healthcare facility
Ensure that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff including training and development
Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care provided by nursing staff
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Oversee the maintenance of medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Participate in utilization management activities to optimize resource allocation
Assist with medical imaging procedures and provide support for aseptic techniques
Coordinate and manage the utilization of durable medical equipment (DME)
Provide direct patient care as needed including catheterization and wound care

Job Type: Fulltime

Salary: Up to $105000.00 per year

Schedule:

Requirements



Requirements:
Valid nursing license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of medical coding including ICD9 and CPT codes
Experience in assisted living or longterm care settings mandatory
Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to supervise effectively and lead a team of nursing staff
Knowledge of utilization management principles and practices
