The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQCERCA) seeks a Unit Manager for its new Industrial Electrointensive Decarbonization Unit.

ICIQ is seeking a manager for our new Projecte de Descarbonitzaci de Industries Electrointensives.
The unit manager will be responsible for organizing the project the relationship between other stakeholders and the organization of meetings with all project members including academic industrial and technological centers. Moreover the Manager will be responsible for preparing reports and audits with the support of ICIQ personnel.
The Manager will contribute innovative ideas to our growing team of several pilot plants in different industries involved in the Projecte de Descarbonitzaci de Industries Electrointensives.

Selection Process
ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:
Preselection: The process will be based on qualifications and expertise reflected in the candidates CVs. This phase is meritbased.
Interview: Preselected candidates will be interviewed by the Hiring Manager of the position and the appointed Selection Committee.
Offer Letter: Once the successful candidate is selected the People Unit will extend a Job Offer specifying the start day salary and overall job conditions.
