Description:
- This is a bilingual opportunity for English/Spanish speakers. Service Partners must speak Spanish fluently and pass an assessment in Spanish.
- Please note: all systems certifications and documentation are in English. However Service Partners will need to assist customers in Spanish.
- Serve as an extension in helping connect individuals with the transportation needed to fulfill their medical needs.
- Interact with customers and providers answering questions about the appointment.
- Interact with a wide demographic providing exemplary customer service. and nbsp;
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Outstanding problemsolving skills application of soft skills
- Displays patience empathy an ability to manage stress the ability to work under pressure
- Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication
- Provides knowledgeable friendly and eloquent customer service and nbsp;
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid ID
- Must have a High School Diploma/ G.E.D
- Must have an Internet connection
- Must have computer/laptop
Certification Completion Criteria:
Timely completion of all selfpaced modules with 100%.
Successfully pass all quizzes and exams.
Successfully pass roleplay scenarios with quality guidelines during blended delivery.
Successfully pass background and drug screening.
The work environment must be noisefree.
All learners must complete the Service Partner Security Awareness selfpaced course and score 85% or higher on the assessment before the last day of class to be certified.
Salary:
The compensation for this position falls within the range of $12 to $13 per hour commensurate with experience and qualifications
