Job Position: Digital Transformation Consultant
Location: Delhi with occasional travel to customer site
Consultation Fee: 5000 INR/hr
Duration: 20 to 40 hours engagement
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding our clients through the process of digital transformation. The consultant will work closely with top management and staff to assess digital maturity at organizational functional and user levels. The consultant also will assess digital transformation goals challenges expectations implementation challenges skill gaps technology utilization gaps and propose an upskilling plan. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong analytical communication and consulting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create Questionnaire:
Develop comprehensive questionnaires for leaders and staff to gather insights into their current understanding and utilization of digital technologies.
2. Interview and Online Assessment:
Conduct interviews with top management to understand strategic goals and vision for digital transformation.
Perform online assessments of staff to evaluate their digital skills awareness and readiness.
3. Analysis and Report Preparation:
Analyze data collected from questionnaires interviews and assessments.
Prepare detailed reports on the digital maturity of the organization specific functions and individual users.
Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Consultant or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in various business functions.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau ClickUp MS 365 Team Pine software ERP Application Davai (for B2C sales).
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
Proven experience as a Digital Transformation Consultant or in a similar role. Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in various business functions. Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, ClickUp, MS 365- Team, Pine software, ERP, Application Davai (for B2C sales). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
