What s the job

We re looking for a talented content creator to grow the New Lens® brand through highquality content creation and engagement strategies for our social media. You will work closely with our team to develop engaging and informative content that align with our brands voice and objectives. The ideal candidate should be a strong writer who understands storytelling personal branding and content marketing principles and is also passionate about leadership development.

Core responsibilities:

• Create compelling and wellresearched written and graphic content for company and personal LinkedIn channels that engages our target audience of HR decisionmakers and people interested in leadership development
  
• Align social media with marketing strategy
  
• Work with marketing lead team and CEO/founder Neena Newberry drive channel growth and leverage the founder s personal brand to elevate the company
  
• Write and edit content with a keen eye for voice tone grammar punctuation and style
  
• Enhance content with visuals and multimedia elements on your own and be able to manage an external designer when needed
  
• Be aware of industry trends competitors New Lens® product development and the latest research on leadership and management and integrate these in your content creation Forge and nurture relationships with industry leaders and influencers
  
• Lead audience growth and engagement and strategic distribution of content to maximize impact and reach
  

Other responsibilities

• Edit video content
  
• Monitor and report on content performance and channel engagement to identify areas for improvement
  
• Create a culture of experimentation testing and learning across platforms
  
• Promote and support live events
  
• Support on development of other content (blog white papers)
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a social media content creator
  
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong command of grammar and style
  
• Nativelevel English
  
• Strong visual sense and basic graphic competence (Canva)
  
• Facility with AI writing tools and prompts
  
• Ability to do independent research and gather information from reliable sources
  

Bonus points:

• Experience with paid social
  
• Familiarity with Squarespace
  
• Experience growing and managing communities (Reddit Quora YouTube Discord TikTok etc.)
  
• Experience in the leadership development space
  
• Broad interest in content strategy and SEO
  
• Experience with content distribution and content strategy
