As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include (but shall not be limited to):
• Ensure development and implementation of a comprehensive Human Factors programme that will support and enhance the safety outcome of Qatar Airways flight operations.
• Ensure that all programmes implemented are aligned with industry best practice by keeping abreast of the latest research and development
. • Establish documented policies and procedures in accordance with Compliance Monitoring requirements for the purpose of supporting efficient and effective systematic programme implementation.
