- Managing Bosta customer base funnel and lifecycle, Acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Working closely with the Telesales team to make sure that the new activation targets are achieved
- Working closely with the media buying team on the CAC optimization and enhancing the customer LTV
- Working closely with the data and analytics team to secure the needed visibility for all Bosta KPIs and automate the needed offerings and growth hacks
