Job Description

- Design and conduct training initiatives with sales, HRX, CSM teams etc.
- Lead build out of government relations program and premium/recognized sponsor applications/programs
- Curate and support relationship and content creation for the sales team
- Manage business and client escalations
- Strategic account support for special projects and/or clients
- Support team with expansion to new countries/services/opportunities as well as drive pilots in new markets
- Drive special projects related to cross-team efforts
- Partner closely with the team on identifying knowledge gaps, running refresher sessions, and continuous development training
- Ownership and curation of the Mobility content in different sources (internal and external) to ensure consistency
- Partner closely with leadership to map, identify and implement key metrics as well and support the team with their revenue targets reporting supporting the success of the programs
- Knowledge in EU immigration laws and regulatory aspects
- Multiple languages preferred
