Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the long-term business strategy of the organization in alignment with the Executive Team.
• Lead the executive team in developing and executing operational plans.
• Analyze financial performance and ensure compliance with financial plans.
• Develop and manage the budget.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
• Ensure the organization meets all applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop and lead the organization’s culture.
• Act as the spokesperson for the organization.
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and other public forums.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing long-term business strategies.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
