We are recruiting for a General Manager for an amazing operator in the health and fitness industry at their brand new club opening early next year in Fareham a gorgeous town between Portsmouth and Southampton. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry ready to take that next step up into running a Club like your own business!

Our client launched business back in 2003 and are now the worlds largest and fastestgrowing 24/7 fitness franchise. They now have over 2000 locations worldwide and still rapidly growing! This brand new site plans to have incredible facilities including a gym floor functional fitness area spin and class studio a workspace facility and much much more...

This is a fitness job where you get to run the club like your own business so a strong commercial background is essential. Within the company framework your job is to create an exercise environment where all members walk in inspired and leave with a huge smile on their face! They have stateoftheart equipment and pride themselves on fantastic service culture and really guiding their members to achieve their goals.

This is a gym job that requires an individual who is passionate about fitness service and product and is incredibly hands on and prepared to lead from the front. You must have a real passion for the industry and enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience.

You could be a super passionate Assistant Manager Sales Manager or Fitness Manager ready to take their next step up for this role.
