Trial Attorney

This position can be worked remotely anywhere in California.

Leading litigation law firm is seeking insurance defense attorneys with 4 plus yrs of experience in Insurance defense litigation; Special interest in attorneys with firstparty insurance litigation and/ or constructiondefect litigation. Experience in 1 or more of the following practice areas would be ideal: commercial litigation insurance defense construction defect product liability premises liability and bodily injury.

The ideal attorney candidate will have the following:

• Proficient at handling a case from inception to resolution including preparation of pleadings motion practice taking depositions and trial work handling mediations
  
• Experience in reviewing claims files communicating with claims professionals and clients
  
• Selfstarter; professional
  
• Works well both independently and in a collaborative environment
  
• Energetic enthusiastic with a strong work ethic
  
• Stellar research written and verbal communication skills are key
  
• Motivated ambitious and careeroriented
