QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of VERIFIED experience as a Carpenter
  
• Ability to perform carpentry painting drywall minor electrical and plumbing
  
• Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades
  
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  
• Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
  
• Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
  

• Attend all safety meetings
  
• Maintain an industry level of skill and productivity
  
• Complete assigned tasks on time
  
• Onthejob site cleanliness
  
• Effective communication with customers and management
