Building a team of PFAs:
Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organization
Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
Activision of successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holding, participation in OJT, and ensuring their motivation to sell
Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organizations targets
Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help team perform
Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
Track customer proposals through to conversion
Training and Grooming his / her team of PFAs:
Identify training needs across the team
Co-ordination with Branch Development Partner for the development and training of PFAs in his team
Mega launch of each new PFA
Maintain ongoing communication and connect with the team to share details of upcoming contests, R&R, processes, etc.
Perform the role of a people manager fostering a culture of ownership, customer focus, entrepreneurship and team work across the entire branch
Salary offered - 2.5LPA to 3.10LPA
Qualification - graduate preferable Age 45yrs Max
1-3yrs Exp in Banking financial Insurance sector, LI would be added advantage.
Should be able to recruit advisors
Should be a performer in past experience & work towards targets
Should have network in local market
