Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Remote Advisor! As a Remote Advisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to, coordinating all details, taking all client requests into consideration, researching the best vacation package, contacting your client to detail the quote, confirming the agreed-upon vacation package price, and entering in payment information.
Requirements
Arrange accommodation and booking services to clients, including planning itineraries
Confer with clients to determine destination, mode of transportation, financial consideration
Provide clients with area-specific booking information such as point of interest, restaurants, and special events
Communicate international procedures such as passport, visa, and other requirements
Imparts international booking information such as customs regulations and currency exchange rate
Participate in ongoing company and vendor training

'Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States ' Two or more years of experience in customer service preferred ' Strong ability to communicate in writing and speaking ' Excellent and quick decision-making skills
