• Actively sourcing and recruiting top candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Facebook Google and other data sources
• Conducting interviews with qualified candidates and maintaining ongoing communication
• Immersing yourself in our Personal Development materials to truly embody the essence of our offerings
• Overseeing the daytoday operations of your business
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance your skills
• Providing steadfast leadership coaching and mentoring to your team

Qualifications
