Our healthcare partner is seeking for a dual boardcertified hematologist/oncologist to join our expanding cancer care team. This role involves providing general care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic and growing region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage of two major hospitals within a 12mile radius in Colorado Springs.
- Join a collaborative and innovative team including various oncology specialists and a comprehensive supportive care team.
- Comprehensive hematology/oncology care services available including nurse navigators social workers genetics nutrition surgical oncology oncology rehab and support classes.
- Active participation in the latest clinical trials tumor board meetings and a strong belief in the role of clinical research in advancing cancer care.
- Opportunity for collaboration with colleagues at a renowned cancer center.
- Involvement in highlevel tumor boards within a Level 1 trauma center.
- Unique outpatient Hematology/Oncology opportunity with a focus on work/life integration.
- Number of patients seen per day: 1820 with discretion for new patient vs. followup appointments.
- Age groups treated: adult and geriatric (no pediatric care).
- Call schedule of 1:9 with minimal clinic duties during the call week.
- Opportunity for subspecialization.

- Teaching opportunities available but not mandatory.

Credentialing and Requirements:
