Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage the entire project life cycle ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams subcontractors and vendors to coordinate resources and meet project objectives.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets control costs and optimize resource utilization.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to Heiler Paintings quality standards and client expectations.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with clients providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.
Timeline Adherence: Develop and maintain project schedules ensuring timely project completion.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or painting industry.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with CRM software.
