Guest Service Associate - FB Service

• Provide coaching and development to service staff ensuring they deliver exceptional service that meets our brand standards.
  
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
  
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure service runs smoothly during peak hours.
  
• Greet guests warmly and professionally making them feel welcome and valued.
  
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously resolving any issues to their satisfaction.
  
• Upsell menu items and beverages to increase revenue.
  
• Ensure the dining area is clean presentable and wellstocked at all times.
  
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
  
• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and providing exceptional service.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Proficient in restaurant pointofsale systems.
