Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
Comply with HWB safety standards, guidelines, and procedures.
Comply with company safety guidelines and procedures.
Comply with company regulations and policies.
Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
Handle simple and complex heavy industrial equipment like forklifts, scissor lifts.
Follow the working schedule as set by the section supervisor covering three shifts production environments, showing expertise in working with a team and independently.Applies comprehensive knowledge to act independently while providing guidance and training to others on using clear and effective verbal communications skills to express ideas.
Provides technical guidance when required on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision-making.
Provides technical guidance when required on planning, organizing, prioritizing, and overseeing activities to efficiently meet business objectives.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma s degree in Operation, or any relevant field
Minimum Experience
1 3 years of experience in Operating or relevant field.
