Operations Specialist - Warrington

We provide innovative custom solutions according to our customers requirements. The Group was established in 1986. Nowadays Venair has more than 30 sales branches distributed in Europe Africa Asia and America 5 manufacturing centers and employs more than 350 people around the world.

Now due to our fast international expansion we are seeking an Operations Specialist for the Sales branch in Warrington UK.

Tasks

• Preparing sales quotes.
• Processing orders from customers in SAP (ERP).
• Develop and maintain longterm customer relationships.
• Coordinate postsales inquiries from customers.
• Deal with customers directly (on the phone).
• Deal directly with the headquarters in Spain in order to manage shipments problems delivery times prices and so on.
• Stock control and warehouse management.
• Other operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree Apprenticeship (Business Administration).
• Warrington area residents are required.
• Ability to identify qualify and close sales accounts.
• Good communication problemsolving skills.
• Spanish language will be valued.
