We are representing a USbased industrial company generating around $ 1.3 bn. with 11000 employees on six continents at more than 200 locations. The EMEA region consists of six locations with more than 1200 people.

Tasks

• Lead and develop your team of currently ca. 18 people to maximize business results and to create a culture of empowerment for more than 1.200 employees
• Built up a solid pipeline of talent through internal upskilling and external hiring.
• Work closely with other HR leads stakeholders and COE
• Bulild and integrate HR operations to the Matthews HR systems and processes.
• Effective management of works and employees council as well as union.
• Set up plan for developing talent for new roles according to the business changing needs
• Manage and control the HR budget.
• Update HR related policies and procedures to meet business changing needs

Requirements

• Academic qualification in business administration law psychology or distinct HR degree
• five years experience in HR Management role
• Experience in global technology firms with complex products and matrix organization
• Great interpersonal and leadership skills providing an environment of positive open highperformance culture
• Excellent relationship management strong team building and the ability to work in a global matrixed team
• Strong knowledge of agreements regulations GDPR and labour law
• Ability to influence and drive change within the business
• Handsonmentality
• Strong strategic thinking skills as well as a strong resultsorientation and execution characteristics
• Analytical high energetic and selfmotivated personality
• Proactive workstyle
• Multicultural understanding and empathy
• Responsible and reliable personalityBesides native German very good communication skills in English (company language)
