Soft Landscaper - Northampton

Looking to start a new job in 2024

We are recruiting for a Landscaper on behalf of a Northampton based landscaping company that work within the new build housing sector installing the soft landscaping on new developments across the East Midlands.

On offer is an initial salary of up to 26500 per year with plenty of opportunity for overtime four weeks holiday plus bank holidays uniform pension and benefits package that includes retail discounts and the opportunity to progress to Team Leader level as you become more experienced.

As a Landscaper you will be:

• Preparing the ground turfing planting mulching and barking.
  

Requirements

To be considered as the Landscaper you will need:

• Landscaping experience including ground prep turfing and planting shrubs and trees.
  
• A full UK Driving Licence and your own transport to get to the depot (company van provided for working day).
  

It would be useful if you had any of the following:

• Related horticultural certificates.
  
• A CSCS card.
  

Please note that if you do not have a CSCS card then you must be prepared to take the test (current cost 22 when booked directly with Pearson Vue Testing Centre in Northampton) if you are offered a job. The hiring company will pay for you to attend a ROLO course to convert your six month temporary card into a full CSCS card.
