What Youll Be Doing:
New Business Development Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients and companies within the specified industries.
- Promote and sell a range of services offered by CanMar including recruitment advertisement and education.
- Establish and nurture strong business relationships with key stakeholders.
- Attend industry networking events to expand your professional network and seize business opportunities.
- Employ creative problemsolving strategies to overcome challenges in business development.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for existing clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to maintain and grow client accounts exploring opportunities for additional services.
Recruitment Support:
- Reactivate existing accounts while also generating new business.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to deliver outstanding service to clients.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of and seasoned experience in the cannabis industry with an existing network is a must.
- 35 years of experience in the Cannabis CPG or Health and Wellness industry is a must.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Clients.
- Confident persistent enthusiastic a selfstarter and independent.
- Passion and drive for building stakeholder relationship (s).
- Professional with excellent presentation and communication skills.
- You must be able to thrive under pressure and excel in a fastpace salesoriented and entrepreneurial work environment.
