Our founders are known and recognized as the leading figures and guardians for regenerative agriculture and its journey to mainstream agriculture. Regenified’s purpose is to protect the narrative around regenerative agriculture from greenwashing while providing recognition and reward to the farmers and ranchers who successfully implement ecosystemsaving practices as part of their operations. Our mission is to transition the world’s supply chain to regenerative agriculture by offering the most reliable standards and verification services. To date our standards have been approved by the largest grocery chains in the world and we have been actively verifying large acres of farmland producing grains beef poultry eggs and cotton.

What You Will Do:

We are seeking an experienced Client Success / Account Manager who will be responsible for building maintaining and growing relationships with Regenified’s agricultural partners. This person will ensure customers are making tangible progress in their Regenified journey are able to grow awareness and increase their regenerative product supply for consumers and can effectively report on their regenerative agriculture adoption and supply chain transition journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key point of contact with customers and represent Regenified across the deal lifecycle and ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients.
  • Work crossfunctionally with the field verification and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with the ongoing development of a customer success framework to support both infield verification activities as well as ongoing brand and partnership marketing.
  • Help develop internal processes to manage the customer sales journey from inbound requests to contract execution.
  • Identify business opportunities and help support sales efforts to close white space opportunities.
  • Manage CRM maintain sales data & develop pipeline automation to produce efficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and regenerative agriculture and is excited about joining a fastpaced start up. You have a strong drive to succeed and a track record of success in account management and customer success and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure the highest quality of service for Regenified’s partners. You have an eye for improving processes and a strong desire to make a big impact on a small growing company.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Agriculture or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an Account Manager or Customer Success role within the agriculture industry.
  • Tech savvy including extensive experience working with a CRM.
  • Experience compiling and analyzing data.
  • Proactive in finding solutions and looking for ways to improve processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Excited about the opportunity to wear multiple hats in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and working with ambiguity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High degree of empathy and ability to work with a variety of people.
Job Type & Location:
Fulltime remote. Central or Eastern time zones preferred.
