What youll be doing

As a Product Manager you will demonstrate your expertise and focus on creating and developing products. To do this you will work with your team and other stakeholders (Data Design Business Engineers...) to devise strategies to ensure the platform stands out from competitors. So the first thing youll do is understand your target audience: the players and the padel clubs.

You will have to master and know the ecosystem of Playtomics SaaS enabled Marketplace model which has two elements:

• Clubs: for them Playtomic offers a SaaS product in a web environment that helps them with club management.
• Players: for them their Playtomic offers mainly an app but also a website to help them play as much as they want.

The most important thing is not what Playtomic is now but what it is transforming into. The biggest social network for padel players in Europe. And this is where you have to make players want to be. You dont have to make their book better on the platform you have to make padel lovers enjoy themselves thanks to Playtomic.

Who youll be playing with

Youll be part of a team of 17 people (Product Managers Product Designers and Engineers) working on our Core track.

• Solid experience as a Product Manager in digital products.
• Familiar with A/B testing or other multivariate testing.
• A gogetter who isnt afraid to get their hands dirty and dives into a project to achieve success by problemsolving.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Userfocused individual who keeps the customer at the heart of everything we do.
• Have an analytical mindset based on product decisionmaking optimization and data.
• Ability to lead projects working with multiple areas (Design IT Legal Marketing...).
• Knowledge of mobile UX and UI optimization and decision funnels.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good communication skills highly motivated practical and innovative thinking.
• Attitude to learn and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English to be able to communicate with the international team.
• On a personal level we are seeking an organized athletic and responsible individual who is also humble and always willing to assist colleagues in improving the product.
• Experience in marketplace/ ecommerce industries is a plus.
