If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Field Sales Representative at Reed Agency.

As a Field Sales Representative you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance industry
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or a related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
